We are thrilled that you have joined the BIÂN 3-day juice reset program. Each of the juices were Chef-created, Doctor-approved, and made in house which allows us to uniquely provide a full spectrum of micro and phytonutrients. As a part of this program you have access to our Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Ben Schuff for questions. We are here to guide you through this health optimizing journey.
WHY JUICE?
Some of the most valuable health benefits of drinking juice & nourishing your body may include providing your digestive system a break, remove potential food sensitivities/intolerances, offering the nutrients required for detoxification pathways, resets your behaviors to promote healthy eating habits, increased energy levels, and reduced inflammation.
INSTRUCTIONS
To get the best experience out of your reset program, we have a step-by-step process below to support you through the entirety of the program.
FOOD FRAMEWORK
Be intentional in avoiding alcohol, processed sugar/grain/flours, adding sugar to anything, soda, caffeine (coffee or tea) after 12:00 pm-noon. If you are reading a nutrition labels and cannot pronounce or understand a listed ingredient or if there are more than 5 ingredients, it may be prudent to avoid it during your program.
PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is that a juice program does not necessarily have to be a severe caloric restriction, or a fasting period or a “cleanse”. Hunger is a natural healthy response and we encourage you to follow it by eating whole food meals if desired.
WATER, CAFFEINE AND BEYOND
Drink plenty of water; move your body more gently
It is not necessary to completely give up caffeine during the 3 days but it is strongly suggested to finish consumption before 12 pm-noon each day so that sleep won’t be affected.
After the Juice Reset, focus your initial meals after the program on real foods, minimally processed. Try to avoid making the first meal after the conclusion of your program to be overly complex, rich or processed.

SAMPLE DAILY SCHEDULE
6 AM - 8 AM | WATER
Consume 1-2 glasses of water first thing in the morning. Enhance this morning water with the addition of half a squeezed lemon, a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and/or a pinch of sea salt. Continue to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
8 AM - 10 AM | IMMUNITY MORNING & CHARCOAL LIMEADE
OPTIONAL | In addition to the juice, add on a whole food first meal. See Recipe Guide.
10 AM - 12 PM | OG GREEN
OPTIONAL | 10-20-minute exercise (i.e. walking, yoga, pilates, stretch)
12 PM - 2PM | JUST ROOTS
OPTIONAL | In addition to the juice, add on a whole food meal or snack. See Recipe Guide.
2 PM - 4 PM | CELERY
OPTIONAL | 10-20-minute exercise (i.e. walking, yoga, pilates, stretch)
4 PM - 6 PM | ROSEWATER
OPTIONAL | Rest, read, listen to music and/or consume warm water with lemon; have a simple whole food meal if desired. See Recipe Guide.
6 PM - 8 PM | DREAM WATER NIGHT SHOT
OPTIONAL | A self-care practice such as a warm bath, meditation or journaling is a nice way to end the evening.
